Refund Policy

If you subscribe to Valor Monthly or Valor Annual and decide within 14 days of your first charge that it isn’t for you, email us and we’ll refund it in full. We won’t ask you to justify it.

This applies to your first charge on a new membership. Beyond that window we’ll look at renewals case by case — if you were charged for a year you didn’t mean to start, tell us and we’ll sort it out.

You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Cancelling stops future charges and you keep access through the period you already paid for.

A signed nexus letter is a professional service: a licensed provider in our network reviews your records and puts their name and license on a medical opinion. What you can expect:

• Before a provider signs — full refund, on request, for any reason. That includes while your letter is waiting to be assigned and while a provider has it under review.
• If we ask you for more records and don’t hear back — we refund you automatically after 30 days. You don’t have to chase us for it.
• If a provider concludes your records don’t support the opinion — you are refunded. We will not sell you a letter that won’t hold up, and we won’t have a provider sign one that isn’t honest.
• After a provider has signed — the work has been done and the letter is yours to file, so refunds here are case by case. If the letter has a genuine problem, tell us: our first move is to fix it or have it revised at no extra cost.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. We’ll email you a receipt when one is issued.

Anything you have already bought is never repriced. You pay the price shown when you check out, and that’s the end of it — we do not go back and charge a difference, and a price change is not a reason to ask you for more money on a letter you already paid for.

When a price does change, we announce the date in advance and everyone pays the same price on the same day — we don’t show different veterans different prices for the same letter at the same time. If you already had a letter drafted and unpaid when the price changed, you keep the old price for a week, and the page will tell you the date it runs out.

Membership prices work the same way: the rate you subscribed at is the rate you keep for as long as that subscription stays active.

The AI-drafted nexus letter included with your application, claim forms, personal statements, buddy statements and study guides are part of your membership rather than separate purchases, so there’s nothing to refund individually — they’re covered by the membership window above.

Email support@valorrating.com from the address on your account and tell us what you’d like refunded. A real person reads it. Most refunds are issued the same business day, and your bank typically posts them within 5–10 days.
