Frequently Asked Questions
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Valor subscription at any time from your billing page. You'll keep Valor access until the end of your current billing period — no partial refunds, but no surprise charges either.
Is there a contract or success fee?
No contracts, no success fees, and no percentage of your VA benefits. You pay a flat monthly or annual rate and that's it.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data stays safe. If you exceed the free-tier storage limit, you won't be able to upload new files until you're under 25 MB, but nothing is deleted.
Do you share my information with anyone?
We never sell your data and never use it to train AI models. To run the app we rely on trusted service providers — secure hosting and the AI providers that generate your documents — and your SSN, date of birth, and contact information are never sent to them.
