Notifications on iPhone
When a doctor signs your nexus letter, a draft is ready, or your clinician sends you a message. Turn them on in your settings.
Sign in the way you already do
Your email and password work as they do on the web, and so do Sign in with Apple and Google.
One account, one plan
The app and the website are the same account. Start a claim on your computer and add records from your phone. Nothing is copied between them; there is only one claim.
Questions about the app
Is the app free?
Yes. The app is free to download, and the free tier is the same as on the website. A Valor membership is available in the app too.
Do I need a new account?
No. Sign in with the account you already use on valorrating.com. Everything you started on the web is in the app, and everything you do in the app is on the web.
I already pay for Valor. Do I pay again in the app?
No. Your plan belongs to your account, so it is the same on the web and in the app. A membership bought in the app is billed by Apple or Google and managed in your phone's subscription settings.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone and iPad with iOS 26 or later, and Android phones with Android 7.0 or later. On an older phone, valorrating.com works in your phone's browser.
